Club Car has incorporated a new accessory mounting assembly on all Precedent models. This redesign strengthens the accessory mounting surface by utilizing a rigid internal canopy support instead of the unsupported wall on the Structural Accessory Module (SAM).
Because the accessory bracket will be affixed directly to the internal support, any violent contact with an accessory will cause the hardware (screws) or the accessory bracket to fail instead of the SAM.
Benefits:

• New design strengthens accessory mounting surface by attaching accessory mounting bracket directly to the internal canopy support.
• If accessory is violently contacted, mounting hardware (screws) or accessory bracket will fail instead of SAM.
